Frank Selldorff, Chairman and CEO

A veteran of the IT consulting industry, Frank founded Meteorix in January of 2011 to provide Workday implementation, optimization and integration services to mid-market companies. Frank also founded Momentum Equity Partners in 2003, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in companies with the potential to be leaders in information technology. Prior to Momentum, Frank was founder and co-CEO of Reach Internet Incubator, whose portfolio of companies includes success stories BrandMuscle, BlackSmith Applications, BrainShark and netNumina (later acquired by Keane). In 1992, Frank founded Breakaway Solutions, a full-service Internet provider, and served as its chairman, president and CEO through 1998. Under his direction, the company was recognized as one of the nation’s fastest-growing technology companies, ranking No. 73 on the 1998 Inc. 500 and on Deloitte and Touche’s Fast 50/500 from 1996-1998.
Sam Spector, Chief Operating Officer
A senior executive with a proven track record of success developing and implementing operational initiatives, Sam was a natural choice to join Frank in running Meteorix. Sam joined Momentum Equity Partners back in early 2012, where he has mentored organizational and operational guidance and direction to Momentum’s portfolio companies. Sam has significant experience with small to medium sized companies across multiple and joined industries including technology, professional services and retail. During his career, Sam has been associated with multiple high growth companies that experienced successful IPOs including Breakaway Solutions, Airvana Network Solutions and Filene’s Basement. In addition Sam has worked with and guided companies thru various life cycle stages and transactions.
Dave Henderson, Executive Vice President and General Manager

Dave joined Meteorix as the Executive Vice President and General Manager and is based in our Chicago office. He most recently worked at Lawson Software as Global Services Director for the equipment services, maintenance and rental markets. Prior to Lawson, Dave was VP Global Services at Ventyx (formerly Indus International) and VP/GM of JD Edwards for the Great Lakes Region. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, public services and financial services industries. Dave graduated from Westminster College located in Fulton, MO with an Economics and Business Administration degree.

Scott Fitzgibbons, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Scott brings over 20 years of experience across the Human Capital Management landscape, with deep roots in PeopleSoft, Oracle, Lawson, and SAP, to his role of Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Meteorix. Scott leads our go-to market strategies and is focused on continuing to drive Meteorix’s high growth and footprint in the Workday ecosystem. Prior to joining Meteorix, Scott was the GM of Global Sales Operations at UST Global. With experience shaped by executive positions in companies including The Revere Group, Keane, Inc. and Fujitsu Consulting, Scott has a keen understanding of the opportunities facing today’s Human Resource and Financial leaders. He has regularly introduced go-to market strategies, business process transformation, and sales, marketing and strategic alliance methodologies to drive growth. Scott holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Illinois State University and is based in Chicago.

Claudio Valera, Regional Vice President, Delivery

Claudio joined Meteorix as Vice President and is based in our corporate office in Boston. He most recently worked at Lawson Software as Global Services Director for Human Capital Management. Prior to Lawson, Claudio was the National Practice Manager at Account4. Claudio joined Account4 as one of its first 2 consultants, was responsible for the successful implementation of such banner customers as State Farm Insurance, Cisco Systems, Kmart, Lucent Technologies, and Washington Mutual. The success of these referencable customers was a key contributor and enabler to the acquisition of Account4 by Lawson in 2001. Claudio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Brian Hearing, Regional Vice President, Delivery
Brian joined Meteorix as a Vice President in our Chicago office. He most recently worked at Workday as the Director of Professional Services Central Region and Canada. He also was responsible for the successful implementation of the first Payroll customer at Workday. Prior to Workday, Brian was the Vice President of Global Services at Authoria and Vice President of Delivery Services at PeopleSoft/Oracle. Earlier in his career he was a Partner with TeamOne an instrumental player in introducing the Mid-Market Solution Center methodology later acquired by PeopleSoft. Brian has extensive experience in manufacturing, healthcare, financial and services industries. Brian holds a bachelors of science in Logistics and Production Management from Bowling Green State University and also completed work towards his Executive Master of Business Administration at the same university.

Kim Pilman, Regional Vice President, Delivery
Kim joined Meteorix as a Vice President based out of the Boston office. She has 20 years of experience in the consulting and software implementation industry. Kim most recently worked at Aggressor (acquired by Deloitte Consulting) as a Regional Director of the Workday Practice for the East. She has had responsibility for several successful deployments of Workday HCM and Financials products. Prior to Aggressor, Kim was a Vice President of Services for Deltek. She also served as the Director of Global Solutions Delivery at PeopleSoft. Earlier in her career she held positions at Accenture and IBM. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

John Angele, Vice President
John joined Meteorix as a Vice President of Services and is based in our downtown Chicago office. He most recently worked at Infor as the National Services Director for the Public Sector business unit. Prior to Infor, John had spent seventeen years in the enterprise software industry holding various management and director positions for some of the largest companies in the industry; J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Lawson. His focus has always been on providing innovative cost effective consulting solutions to the mid market. John graduated from The University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL with both his Bachelors in Entrepreneurship and his Masters in Business Administration.
